UVAVI Farm / Our journey

The UVAVI journey.

From a stretch of red basalt earth to the first crates of passion fruit — the milestones of a young farm, told with real photographs.

  1. 2025

    A farm is founded

UVAVI Joint Stock Company is established in Đắk Lắk with 50 hectares of red basalt land in Cuôr Đăng and Buôn Ma Thuột, and one idea: grow passion fruit with the patience of a farmer and the discipline of a modern farm.

  2. 10 August 2025

    Ground-breaking ceremony

On a morning in August, the founding team gathered between the rows of freshly turned red earth for the traditional ceremony that marks the beginning of work on the land — a quiet moment of respect for the soil before the first post was set.

    Greenhouses and the first seedlings

Two hectares of research greenhouses rise on the farm. Inside, on raised benches, the first trays of passion fruit seedlings are raised by our own hands.

Posts, trellises and the first planting

Thousands of posts and bamboo stakes go into the ground. Rows are shaped, covered with mulch film and fed with drip lines. Seedling by seedling, the first vines are planted by hand.

    Water for every vine

A lined reservoir and a pump house with filters feed the drip lines across the farm. Water is stored in the rainy season and measured out, drop by drop, in the dry months.

    The first harvest

The vines climb, flower and set fruit. The first purple passion fruit is picked, sorted by hand and packed into UVAVI crates on the farm.

  7. Tết 2026

    Tết on the farm

Before the Lunar New Year, the whole team gathered at the farm office for a shared meal and Tết gifts for everyone who works the land — a small thank-you after the first year.

Coffee, chili and the road to the world
